God’s servant – a comfort for Jerusalem

Carole reads for us today from the book of Isaiah and Colin contiues is our series from the book of Isaiah.

Isaiah brought God’s message of comfort to those who sought and followed him by reminding them of his covenant with them, of all that he had done for them and for the forgiveness he had accorded them. He assured them that, as his ransomed people, he would take them home again but that they needed to leave behind everything that was unclean. He proclaims the same message to us today.
